I no longer do Alumni Bios. If you'd like to volunteer for the job, send me an email and I will send you a detailed, how to procedure with all the files mentioned in the summary below.
- Someone emails you their bio and a picture with the info in the YOUR NAME graphic.
- You type the details of their bio into alumni-template.html
- You save the template with the person's name... Smith_John.html
- You add Smith_John.html to alumni.html
- You crop/size their pic and add it as Smith_John.jpeg to the alumni/images folder
- You upload alumni.html • Smith_John.html • Smith_John.jpeg with Filezilla
- You notify the alumni that their bio is live on the Bannerup site
- You grab a beer, sit down and congratulate yourself on a job well done!
