Quit riding this year(2011)approaching 70 yrs. Now it's Jeeping and ATV's. Harley was our last ride.

Barstow to Vegas was a great memory. Being the treasurer of SGVMC during part of that time, it was the largest amount of money I had ever handled. Knowing Mike Patrick and all of the top racer's in our club was great.

Desert racing was a very large part of our family's pastime and has never left our thoughts although we no longer live in SoCal. We do have a winter home in Mesquite, NV so the Mohave is still a part of our lives.
