First race, Jan. 1954 Big Bear Run. Best race, the first Barstow to Vegas. The San Gabriel M.C. invented a classic. My best race, the first Check Chase to the river. A flat front tire the last 120 miles but finished 6th overall.

Loved racing, and still love the people I met along the way.
