I was only a prospect member but worked the HBMC race in 74 I believe. I was a flag man at a road crossing with Don Nelson who owned D&R cycle and sponsered Rocer Reed. Mitch Mayes and A.C. Bakken were first at the crossing and cleared it. They held hands at the finsih line for a tie.
Was good friends with Roger Reed, Mark Kurtz, Terry Nelson, Trudy Beck and John Stevenson. Great days but I ran out of money! Great bunch of people.
